A roundtable of Byzantinists and Tourist Guides: "The Case of Chora: Acting as a guide to Byzantium" (In Turkish)

The roundtable "Kariye Örneğinde Bizans'a Rehberlik Etmek (The Case of Chora: Acting as a guide to Byzantium)" organized by the Boğaziçi University Byzantine Studies Research Center and Istanbul Chamber of Tourist Guides, brings together tourist guides, Byzantinists, and academics to discuss Byzantium's place in the discourse and practices of tourist guides. The event will be held in Turkish and in person. Our roundtable is open to the participation of IRO member guides, students of the departments of tourism guidance and PhD candidates and PhD holders in Byzantine studies.
